TO MAKE A REFERRAL

Primary Care Providers can complete the William Osler Health System Outpatient Mental Health form, select the Mood & Anxiety Psychotherapy Program

OUR APPROACH

We provide ministry funded community psychotherapy. We utilise an evidence- and strength-based informed treatment approach in areas of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety symptom management and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for depression mood management.

Open groups run weekly for about 1-2 hours. Closed groups run weekly for eight weeks for 2 hours.

Sessions operate out of community settings, including at the Family Health Team location. Locations are on transit routes and have access to free parking.

Upon completion of the program, a follow-up plan will be shared with the patient/client and their primary care provider. We will also provide a check-in several weeks after the completion of the program to assess if a different plan is needed.
