Strategic Planning Patient Feedback Sessions
Queen Square Family Health Team has started the process of revamping our organization’s strategic plan and we want to hear directly from you, our patients.
You should attend if:
- You are a patient of Queen Square Doctors and Family Health Team
- You have received or have heard of the services that are provided by your Family Health Team (Registered Pharmacist, Occupational Therapist, Nursing Team Member, Social Worker, Registered Dietitian)
- You are passionate about improving the healthcare experience of Queen Square Doctors and Family Health Team patients
If you attend, you will:
- Share your experiences, thoughts, and feedback in an interactive 2-hour group session
- Help us brainstorm ideas on how we can improve the healthcare experience of the patients of Queen Square Doctors and Family Health Team
- Vote on the strategic priorities that are most important to you and that you feel will improve the healthcare experience of the patients of Queen Square Doctors and Family Health Team
